I drink tea when i am at my parent's, drink coffee when I just woke up and then drink coffee with rhum before sleeping
Coffee, some type of chocolaty flavor with milk in it or else I'll drink starbucks, haha. I only drink tea when I'm sick and then I dump sugar in it.

I drink almost everyday tea with lemon juice.
All depends from the concentration,right ?And i dont really like to use artificial drinks or food to take me awake.When I am tired just go to bed.It is way for the body to be healthy,isn't it ?

I don't drink either coz can't get sleep after taken coffee or tea.. but I like tea so much actually![]()
I love my coffee, but not when more than half hour old. Some doctors say it's good for you, some say it's bad, and too much is not good for those prone to heart palpitations. It's supposed to be good for weight loss because it increases metabolism.
If you like the taste and it doesn't affect you bad, then I say drink up!
