Neglected ipaq site, advice on listing on marketplace?

Hi all,

I have neglected ipaq.net for many years now, and the site is not really making much at the moment (it was making a few hundred in the past).

What is your advice on how I should go about listing it on marketplace? What is a fair value for it as it stands?

I know I could spend a few months on it and make it worth more, but I am *really* busy with other work at the moment and I wouldn't mind letting it go as I need some $.

Whenever you sell a neglected website, you should anticipate a steep discount over what you might think it's worth. You can, however, do some basic things to increase the probability of success in the marketplace. Working on increasing revenues, and documenting it would be the biggest impact. But, also increasing traffic and participation on the website would help make it attractive to buyers.
