webmail transfer

Hi,

I am going to transfer my Website onto a new webhost. The new webhosting company tell me that when I transfer the domain over to them, I will have to recreate the email accounts and will lose my current webmail. Ideally I don't want to lose my emails! Does anyone have any suggestions?

I you have all you mails on the server and you transfer your hosting package to another provider you are going to lost all the mails on the old server.

I suggest you download all your mail from the server to your system using any email client of your choice e.g outlook express. Good luck
