This forum is all about discussing HOW to buy and sell web sites. If you're looking to actually buy and sell stuff then we suggest you use Flippa or the SitePoint Marketplace.
This forum is also NOT the place for website / domain name / etc appraisals. These are actually not allowed anywhere on the SitePoint forums because there are too many variables to ever get anything more than a rough estimate and at best it opens the possibility for hard feelings eg.
"everyone said $$$ and afterwards I found out I could have got $$,$$$"
or
"everyone said $$,$$$ and I've wasted $$$ listing it and it still hasn't sold"
