There seem to be lots of free ebook cover sites. If you've got MS Word you can use something like CutePDF to convert your document to PDF.

I believe Open Office has a PDF converter built in - so you can take your word docs and just print them to PDF after you organize them the way you want them.

As mentioned CutePDF can also convert docs to pdf for you and PrimoPdf does the same thing too.

There are tons of good word to pdf converters. Just google "convert word into pdf". You can use Pdf995 or other convertors and you can easily convert your word doc into a pdf file.

There are tons of free ebook cover creators but I wouldn't recommend them since they look really unprofessional and ugly for most.

If you have Photoshop, find a free ebook cover script and generate your own cover. If you do not have Photoshop, spend about $10 to $20 and hire a designer to do it for you. You can find some good designers for that price at DP Forum under the Buy, Sell, Services section.

And in the spirit of overkill, here's PrimoPDF.

Does MS Word have? I don't think so. Sorry, if there is such an option. But, you can try some .doc to .pdf software. Just a demo version will do. Good luck!
