Ticketing Software

Does anyone have suggestions on software or script that I can use to make a ticketing site. The site will be a base for clients (approx 2000) to provide a ticketing system for their suppliers and purchasers. Each client will want their page branded ie, colour, logo etc.

It isn't free but it's probably one of the best I've ever used.

If you are after something free and very basic, check out http://www.helpdesklite.com.

There are heaps out there - search google for "support desk software" or something a like and there will be plenty to choose from.
