I was wondering how to put together and implement a privacy statement on my/any website. What is the procedure so that it shows up on a web browsers or search engines? Just the whole thing. Is there a website that explains it in detail?

Just the whole thing...:

1) A link in your footer to 'privacy.html' or 'privacy.php'

2) To meet the Adsense requirements, here is an example:

AdSense-friendly privacy policy sample for AdSense publishers to use
