How to achieve pop up like www.templatemonster.com

I would like to know a how to achieve a image pop up window like on www.templatemonster.com

If you roll over the mouse over the preview images it loads a bigger thumbnail in a pop up window like effect....I would really like to know how can that be done and if there is any built in coding on this I can use on my website....

Hey thanks but the the pop up window shows a Loading Preview text and then loads the image....is it like same thing??? Or a more advanced script???
