    Question innerHTML and <table>

I remember maybe a year ago or so having problems with innerHTML and <table> element. I think in Firefox. I would jsut not recoginze it.

Now with Firefox v2.0.0.3 it seems to be fixed. Was this a known problem? I don't want to use this combo if older browsers will hickup on this.

    Thanks.

It is Internet Explorer that does not allow parts of tables to be updated using innerHTML. For innerHTML to work with IE you need to be replacing content within a table cell or replacing the entire table. Other browsers such as Firefox, Opera, and Safari have been mare more flexible about where you can use innerHTML since they started supporting it.

That must have been it. Thanks.
