Thanks

the links when hovered, i think the underline should be white just for sake of consistency since text is white.

The site is too "Web 1.0" imo.
The whole site is in a small box... while "web 2.0" focuses on having all pixels used.
Sorry, but I'm not really impressed with the site. Looks like a site from the 90's.

My biggest concern with the site isn't how it looks but that I can't see anything interesting without putting in an email address. I think you should show a little more data before requiring an email address.

Its not too bad. I realy dont like the color theme but that could just be me. You havent actually said what the site does you are making the user guess. I think you should make getting your websites message across a priority.

The color scheme needs improvement, be more clear of who and what you are targetting.

The position of image in your banner bar is not correct in my web browser IE 7.0. and I think "sign in" webpage should be locate in homepage, the registration webpage should be locate in other webpage.

It could use more content
I like the orginal layout on this one - what i think would vastly improve the site would be to have written content when you click on each bar ( Roommates, Rentals, ect...)
In addition i think images would also contribute to making this site better.

Colors...Well like said here earlier...Not really convincing.
Also I would change the line-heights of texts on the website. And maybe even the font-size could be a bit bigger.
Also some pages aren't really obvious in their meaning...Even after clicking around a bit, I was lost. Work on being clear!

I like it but have some suggestions-comments.
1. The index page could be optimized (too large html)
2. It shouldn't look so static, put some "recent rentals bargains" per example (I mean options)
3. It looks like made on dreamweaver (by the code), but it could be redone in full CSS (to avoid waiting on the menu rollovers)
4. The "how to get $100" takes some formality off the site...
Good luck

Is this another rent.com affiliate site? If it is, you have more then your design to worry about. A sometime ago google had implemented an update to clean up their index from affiliate sites.

It looks alright. I would work on the navigation menu a little bit to make it look less fuzzy.
