    Unhappy downloadable pdf book problem

    I purchased two downloadable pdf books. The order is confirmed and the credit card charged. Yet when I try to download the books, I get a log in error. Quote: "The email address and order number you submitted did not correspond with a customer who has purchased a downloadable PDF." Yet, I am a customer who has purchased, not one, but two, downloadable PDFs! I need help please.

    I don't work for SitePoint, but I wanted to point you over here as it might help you get assisted faster. At the books page in the right hand column there is a link to "Contact Sales Support". That way they'll get your message directly rather than only after someone checks the forums.
