I don't know what the difference is and which is the most popular?


I personally use all three (but labeled properly) for those who may not have an up to date RSS feed reader (some Web based scripts still use 0.92) or prefer ATOM over RSS itself.

I just use FeedBurner. I only needed to install it. No more need to heavily configure it and the like.

same here, feedburner is easier to manage, i also use atom.xml
I think Blogger already has atom built in? I mean, I never really bothered with it since I found FeedBurner, but some of my visitors came from atom.xml links.

Agree to those who said FeedBurner - it can make your feed compatible to all readers.

Sorry to sound like a broken record, but you have to go with FeedBurner. Make sure to use FeedBurner's SmartFeed for maximum compatibility.
