I need help "borrowing" an opt-in page

I want to "borrow" the real simple layout of a one page opt-in form to modify and use on a new site of mine.

My HTML knowledge is limited but there's some java scrip stuff in the source code I don't recognize and doubt that I need. Does anyone want to look at it and help me get rid of all of the unnecessary (at least for my purposes) code so I can past in my site.

    Care to help?

    Thanks.

Unless you can provide an alternative meaning to "borrow" that doesn't in some way lead me to believe "steal", then no. You're best off posting in looking to hire for someone to legitimately blend your contact form in with your site look and feel, then do something like this and receive potential financial loses from someone reporting that you stole their design.

The owner of the site has mentioned that lots of people have borrowed his design and has no problem with it. It's a simple red rectangular box outline. So there's nothing proprietary about it, but I'm glad you brought it up because I can see where that might cause someone a problem. I honestly don't believe there is anything wrong, according to the site owner, with modifying this page.

Given this, anyone care to help?

    Thanks.

How about you link to the page, and we try to explain to you how you can build it yourself, so that you learn something from it as well?
