does "implode" change char encoding ?

Hi all,

I have a problem in incoding , I use Joomla with UFT8 encodin when I try to seach in arabic parse the char not appear ,
I check the code the text appear without any problem after making implode the char. incoding changed .

any comment ??
please advice me what I have to do ?

I don't think that implode is the problematic one. Can you post some code with comments, where encoding is ok, and where it is already changed?
