How much do you charge to update a site?

Was curious what some of you charge your clients if they ask you to update something on the site like add a page or somethin like that. Do you base it off a percent of what the total payment was?

Sorry, no pricing discussions allowed on the forums, so please do not mention real number.

    Thanks.

Designers normally either charge their hourly rate or a fixed price per job, there's no "one size fits all" way of doing it.

If it's a relatively quick job then I normally charge by my hourly rate, if it's a major job I'd probably work out a fixed price.

I usually do hourly for updates, I preferably they are under a maintenance contract.
