phpMyAdmin tutorials ??

Hi folks,

I've been browsing around and have been unable to find a proper tutorial on phpMyAdmin.

Are there any sites out there that have screen shots of it and information on what exactly the info in the drop down boxes mean like TINYINT, SMALLINT, MEDIUMINT, etc?
