Web directory submission tool

Can anyone suggest a free web directory submission tool, like a semi-automated to increase to time when submitting to directories?

I am not into spamming the system, I am after something to increase my workflow.

There aren't any automated ones. But using a tool like the InFormEnter FireFox extension speed up the process tremendously.
