Statistics Software for Web Masters ????

I host, develop and market at least 50 sites - it's difficult to find an economical solution to tracking the stats for all sites when running ones own Windows server (software costs big $$$ for that volume).
I was wondering if anyone could suggest from experience a decent open source stat program besides awstats - it's troublesome to install on windows - perhaps even a pointer to a Good install article

I use Google Analytics, but then I only run a few web sites. Is this any good to you with your scale?

I just started with Google Analytics - haven't been able to guage much as of yet (just setup a few days ago).
How many sites do you run on Google Analytics?
I'm curious to know what you think about it and how it's performed for you??

I also use analytics (for about 12-15 sites). Seems to work well for the site owners the data given in most cases exceeds the site owners needs (mostly used for personal/development perspective for myself). Haven't run into any caps for use yet, but I don't know if they start limiting at some point.

I use http://www.reinvigorate.net/, free and has all my sites categorized and i can allow different people to login and check specific sites
