    PDF With Javascript

Does anyone know of a library or a tutorial to get started on how I might write a PDF file via Javascript?

If not, is this even possible without a server-side script?

You would need a server-side script even if you did it with JavaScript via AJAX. This would probably be very laborious. So, no, it's not possible just with JavaScript. In fact, you can't write any file just with JavaScript, except for writing content to an existing HTML/XML document.

Thanks a lot. I didn't think so (because of the fact that it works in a sandbox?), but thought it was worth a try.

Yeah, JavaScript only has access to the client-side environment. It can access server-side things by using XMLHttpRequests to make HTTP requests, but whatever it does to get out of its client-side environment, it depends on some other script or program elsewhere working with it.
