want to run ad on external link

Hi,guys how are yu??
just wondering that are there any tools or scripts,so I can run ad on an external link..Like someone visit yahoo.com from my link and he can see my ad in pop up or in any shape.
are there any scripts like this thanks.

I think you're talking about exit pops.

Hi,tim Thx for your reply, I checked links u had send but it is another thing that when some one close my window he will be redirected to another website.Im thinking to run an ad on another website or another webpage whether in shape of pop up or other like linkbucks.com does with its external links.
