    Traffic Concerning MyBlogLog

I have been hesitant to join MyBlogLog. I wonder if this network can send a decent amount of traffic to a blog site. What is your experience?

For now I am comfortable befriending Google who is sending 90 percent of the total traffic to my site.

Try to make your blog site more nice, and try to add them to google and other SEs, however to join suck kind of mybloglog site, it perhaps will take some backlinks to your site. I think so.

Not an overwhelming response but I am going to check it out anyway. I am reluctant to rely on google or the search engines because if they make a big change in htere algorythm there is no guarantees even though I stick to white hat SEO.

I just notice that MyBlogLog was recently included in Yahoo network. For social bookmarks, I just wonder the difference between myweb2.search.yahoo.com and MyBlogLog.

Can I just ask, with mybloglog do you have to install the widget to get traffic?

    Has anyone tried entrecard?

You do have to install some kind of tracking information for MBL, but I don't know if you have to install the widget.

Some people have had success with entrecard. http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/show...ight=entrecard

Mybloglog is effective but not much effective as Google, Yahoo or MSN are. One can get few visitors from this kind of communities but cannot depend too heavily on them.
One can try few more communities blogcatalog and bumpzee

I get more traffic from blogcatalog compared to mybloglog. People are more active in blogcatalog too.
