Looking for a CMS Like hotscripts.com

Looking for a CMS Like hotscripts.com (a code or script repository) i was considering using ScriptLance.com to bid it out.

Im a decent php programmer, but time is money, and there are undoubtedly better people that can do it faster.

Has anyone dealt with them before? If so... what was your experience. Would you recommend them?

I have never used them but you could use some type of classifieds or directory script that comes pretty close to working out of the box.
