Hmm, yes I would think so. I used the term because decoration came up, so I thought utility was the opposite of that. But do not go by my interpretation of that word, I tend to make up stuff and also German is my original language

I figured it out the gist of it, mostly because I hear american tv shows talking about utilities. I always thought it was more of household power & water etc but language subtleties aren't important.

I live in New Zealand so tend to get jokes about sheep and farms hence the hill billy reference.

I really don't know, the picture is too small, and too out of focus (or at least it seems to be)

Well, I think this might have been too obscure. It is a brown pelican skimming the water for small fish. That day there were millions of the "bait fish" under the pier, the fisher men were casting their nets as well
