Please elaborate, there isn't much we can do for you unless you give us more details

Is the list confirmed opt-in? Does it comply with can-spam and their AUP? If so, find another provider that doesn't have a problem or, more likely, sign up with an email service like VerticalResponse, ConstantContact, Exact Target, Blue Hornet or Silver Pop that's in the business of sending and getting email to people's inbox.

I am using Buyhttp. for sending out my mailing list. I would like to move to another email list service and buyhttp says there is no way for me to get my list out of their system. So I can't take my 30,000 anywhere. I am stuck there unless I want to start from scratch. My list took 6 years to get. It is opt in and permission based
That's simply ludacris... the list is in a database (which can be emailed thus it's not hashed) and therefore it can be exported. Is there some sort of agreement barring you from getting the list? And if not, what's the agreement say about data ownership in the event of contract termination?
- Ted S

Ted, it is crazy, there was no agreement. Here is the page with all the info about service.

Well short of taking them to court all you can do is demand they give you the list until they figure out out... or not. If you don't have access to the data there's really nothing more you can do or we can help you do for that matter.

Whatever you do for right now...DON'T TICK THEM OFF!!!
I'd recommend letting this issue drop for right now, and find someone who can help you get into your website control panel and extract this information.
THEN, you can peal them off a slab of your mind and give it to 'em!![]()

It has already been mentioned, but why are you not using the "export subscribers" function?
