List Alignment IE issues

I know Blueworld is not the most correctly coded or valid site out there, but I'm gonna go ahead and ask anyway....

The profile picture/avatar blocks keep on being inconsistent in IE7 and IE6. The main issue is IE7 where the name holders for the user in the blocks are not aligned center and some places they are. Why would this be? I'm must be doing something wrong.
