    Submit Select List works in Firefox Not in IE

    I found this slick little js script to move items between select lists and then submit the results in a form.

    http://www.mredkj.com/tutorials/tutorial007.html

    Because I have other fields I am submitting via a link that uses js to verify that a field is not left blank I tried adding this to my current js form submission.
    Code:
        function SubmitForm()
        {
        	var form = document.client_edit;
        	if (form.client_name.value.length == 0)
            {
        		alert('Please enter a valid client name');
        		form.client_name.focus();
        	}
            else
            {
    		selectAllOptions('selright');
        		form.submit();
        	}
        }
    I'm a copy and paste - get it done anyway I can user of js/html/php. This is a site on a small intranet so please go easy on me. All I added to my script that worked in both browsers previously is what is in red.

    I've found that this works fine for submitting the form when using Firefox but does not submit anything from my select list but everything else in my form using IE6. Any suggestions?

    Guess I answered my own question. I had a nested form... around the buttons I was using to move the list items between option lists. IE does not like that... FF didn't seem to mind.
