Over 100 items loading??

Hi Folks

I have this page http://kangacup.com/default.asp. When it loads it says in the status bar that there are 112 items loading. Can someone explain where these 114 items might be coming from because I am sure that there aren't that many.

The other problem is that the page reloads after any use of Thickbox. Heck, the two problems might be related.

Any ideas much appreciated.

I counted 33 hits on your home page - where did you get the 112 from?

Thickbox worked fine for me... are you sure the page actually reloads.. what browser are you using?

I get this whenever I use IE6 or IE7. the problem is not replicated in FF.

It's probably counting every javascript functions and and every CSS stylesheet calls one by one.

Opera reports 34 inline elements. The page size is 488KB and it took 21 seconds to load on a fast connection. It also uses a lot of CPU, probably because of the marquee thingy.
