Getting hits from a website but I cant find where hits are coming from.

Im not sure if this is the right section, so please move if its wrong.

I been running a website for the last couple weeks and just lastnight I noticed a website is giving me hits, but when I go to the website I can't find my website listed anywhere.

I searched every possible section and source.
I checked my website logs and only the refering page is displayed. Im sure if this person is hotlinking something my logs would catch that but I cant find anything.

What could be causing this and how can I find where my hits is coming from exactly?

It's called referrer spam. They spoof referrers to your website to hopefully:

1) Get you to visit their site (mission accomplished)
2) Hopefully search engines can index your site stats and they get a free link out of the deal
