Keyword Generator Tools

Can anyone point me to any good, free keyword generator tools that can automatically populate <meta name="keywords" content=""> for MANY pages?

Pardon me for asking, but what is the point of that? Search engines stopped caring about meta keywords a long time ago, since they were spammed to death.

We need this in the deparment I work in. If I had the choice, I would not use this either but we are required to.

Can anyone help?
