Example Contracts?
Does anyone have an example copy of a contract that I can use for a client to sign?
It'd say things like the company is not liable if the server goes down etc.
Any examples online, or perhaps some excerpts of ones you use yourselves?
Many T.Hanks in advance.

I think SitePoint's Web Design Business Kit includes sample forms and contracts.

Sorry, should've explained further.
I'm a designer/developer.
We've been approached to build an online store for a company that was previously an eBay shop.
Although, I've built shopping carts(from scratch) before using PayPal, this is the first where I'll be getting in software, Avactis, to do the hard stuff for me.
We just wanted a bit of advice first, before getting in too deep
I don't foresee any major issues in launching it. XHTML/CSS-ify the template, work it around the cart engine, speak to the bank, set up a payment gateway.
But just in case it goes 'messed-up', need to know where I stand.
