Wordpress admin no HTML and Code view??

This issue has been with me for quite a while after I have upgraded the version of the wordpress. After the upgrade, I could not find the HTML / Code view tag whenever I am writing a post.. please refer to the following screen shot for more details:



Can someone please help and tell me what are the things that possibly goes wrong here?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Under Users > Your Profile make sure the check box at the top (for using the editor) is checked, then click save.
