    wireless pci internet?

I see AT&T and Verizon, among other companies offer wireless broadband through a PCI card for around $60/month. Is there any services out there that let you pay only when you need it? Like per day?

At one point in time I heard about Verizon offering a pay per day plan, can't find details on it now though...

owners of Dell, HP, and Lenovo notebooks with integrated EVDO adapters can now purchase 24-hour access to Verizon Wireless's EVDO network for $15.

Thanks for the tip. I found this:

I was hoping for the $9.95 price like most hotels offer but this is at least an option.
