What CMS Is Being Used Here?

I presume this website is using a CMS to create it's pages and content. I'd like to know which one it is. Does anyone recognize the layout or source at all? I'm new to CMS and this is not my area of expertise! I'm going for a job at this company and I'd appreciate a heads up if anyone recognizes the software used to create the site!!

I would have said it is probably custom built too. The paper is part of Newsquest, a group of local newspapers, my local example is here: http://www.thisisthelakedistrict.co.uk/ - same site, different content.
