Call logging - with times
hi all,
I've been naughty at work and I haven't been logging support calls from a franchise.
Now the boss would like it for me to Log each of my calls, the time taken, and obviously log any details.
Basically, I need to be able to log any calls that come in, and if its an on going issue, then I can add notes to the existing call.
But I need to be able to specify how long its taken me, ie by typing in manually the time its taken or by automatically ?
Does anyone have any idea's?
I could write my own but I just don't have the time to think about it at the moment.
