Problems with background image

I am having trouble with my banner on my forum.

But you must go to the bottom and change the forum skin to "Mocha" because that is what I am working on. You will see the issue quickly.

I am trying to create two images, my left side of the banner, and the right side. I am also trying to create a background repeating tile to fill that gap. This effect is so that when someone has a large resolution, the banner will expand, and the gap will expand, but the gap will be filled with the background tile.

How do you change the skin.

There should be a drop down menu at the very bottom left corner. You dont see it?
