Need help in deciding ecommerce script

I know that this has been discussed hundreds time but i just want to get opinion from all of you for my specific need:

1. We only have 5 products at most
2. Multi level admin access is a must (executive, tech admin, cust support, etc)
3. Multi affiliate system (eg. internal gets higher % vs external)
4. Multi Language
5. Multi Currency
6. Inventory System
7. SEO url
8. Sales Report and other advanced report
9. Coupon / Gift Certificate
10. Tax
11. Invoice Print
12. Customer status notification for each status changed
13. Newsletter
14. Easy to be modify (i'm good with php)
15. Easy to create template/skin / Easy to find someone who can do it
16. All standard e-commerce script (category, checkout, etc)

What I have tried:
1. oscommerce / cre loaded: I don't really like the way the admin looks like
2. Magento: very promising but a little bit heavy
3. PrestaShop: just found out from another post, looks promising, has feature that I want, will look into it more
4. Cubecart v4: Also it seems it has all the features that I want
5. Viart, Incommerce: Don't have all the features i want
6. Digishop: also just found out from another post, will look into it more
7. Zencart: same with #1, i don't like the flow of the admin interface

I'm willing to spend money if the products has all the features i want so it does not have to be open source.

So What any recommendation and why?

i did, but it does not even have magento, cubecart, prestashop which is the top three that I heavily considered.

nice that you've narrowed down your choice to 3 solid contenders so far. CubeCart's featured in that Important sticky, just at the end of the "Browser-Based Storefront Creation Services". So it could have just been added since you last looked I guess. Are us minions permitted to reply to those Important posts or no? I'm pretty sure it's view only but it does seem a shame for such a concise list created by SP to remain static and for no user-input, additions to be added.

Now you've given me 2 more to look at though for now so thanks.

The problem with that list is that it hasn't been updated in over a year. Several new and popular e-Commerce solutions have appeared since then, including Joomla+VirtueMart, Magento, and PrestaShop. (I've PM'd the thread author, beley, on several occasions to request that it be updated, but to no avail.)

As for PrestaShop, affiliation development is nearly complete. By the time the first stable version, PrestaShop 1.0, is released in the next few weeks, all the features on your list will be available.
