Has anyone ever been threatened with a lawsuit or anything for any copyright infringment?

Is so, what happened? Whats was the outcome?

No. I and people I know have only ever been on the other end of the situation. In most cases the thief takes the stolen content down straight away. Occasionally it has been necessary to contact web hosting providers and advertisers in order to get them to take action to get the stolen content removed. We haven't had to take anyone to court yet since the web hosts don't want to land in court and will therefore resolve the issue if the thief doesn't comply.
