    Google Calendar iframe

    Hi there
i have never used an iframe before - but my client wants to embed their google calendar. I put the iframe into a div and floated the div right so it would be next to the verticle navigation. This worked in FF but in IE it just sticks to the left side of the website. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

I've always had trouble floating things as well. Maybe try setting the width of the div to be only as wide as the iframe.

If there's no luck there, perhaps try the Sitepoint CSS Reference library (link on sitepoint home page) to see if it has any helpful pointers.

    Cheers

I added a width and it fixed the problem in IE7 but IE6 still wont float.

Have you tried playing with the position: relative (etc.) values?

Another idea with absolutely no scientific reasoning - Can you set the div to text-align: right and float the menu to the left?

Just clutching at straws is all....
