Google Analytics Code Update

I noticed recently that there's a new release for Google Analytics tracking code...

Can anyone comment on the new benefits from this or problems they've run into?

I can't even find the Google web tools anymore, used to be a "my account" button up the top, this has now magically disappeared, is it the same for you guys?
