    Can JavaScript see a POST

Is there a way with JS to determine if a POST has been posted? I don't need access to the vars - I just need to fire a method if a POST has been made? Thank you for info

Unfortunately post is sent in the header to the server. It is not available to the client.

You could perhaps have the server add information to the page itself, as a javascript variable, to pass on that desired information.

That is what I ended up doing. Thank you for the reply. That would be a great benefit of a Hybrid language that could be client/server side.

Posts will only go to the server, but if you are looking for tighter integration between client side and server side in Javascript try JAXER.
