    Unhappy O.k., what about THIS?

    I realized that my stylesheet should have been saved with the .css extension.

    I created a new one and, I thought, saved it properly.

    I changed my link. The stylesheet still doesn't completely load (unless I put it directly into the .html page).

    Any suggestions?

    Open up the file in Notepad and see if the text looks like it should, or if it looks all messed up. If it looks all messed up, you probably saved the file as binary instead of as ASCII text. Also, this is the code that should be in your <head>:
    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" title="your styles" href="/to/your/sheet.css" />
