    Core.start() questions

    In the Sitepoint book, _Simply Javascript_ pg. 59, the text reads, "By registering [variable name] with Core.start on the final line, you can rest assured [it] will be run only when it's safe to do so."

    Does this mean that the core start line is the final line of the entire .js doc (for instance, in a script file with multiple functions?)

    No, it doesn't have to be. It just means that the Core.start line should follow the function that it's related to.

    Again, Thanks. I can see that I'll need a fair understanding of event handlers, especially with all the bizarre quirks in IE.
