Question CTR,EPC Terms what they mean for a Keyword?

I would like to know what these terms means CTR(Click through rate) EPC,RPM(Thousand impression) in real time application.
    for example:
I have a keyword sleep pills
    CTR 22% - EPC $0.08 - RPM $17.36 EARNINGS=$0.16
    I have another keyword where
    CTR IS 100% - EPC $0.17 - RPM $173.60 EARNINGS=$0.17

what this means?is 100% CTR good if yes how I can keep it to 100%,...

CTR is your click-through-ratio, or basicly your ratio of ad clicks to non-ad clicks, 100% CTR is unreal. To get 100% CTR every single web visitor must exit your site by clicking on your ads. If you see a CTR of %0.50 that means %0.50 of your visitors left your site by clicking on an AD.
