send mail perl script

I have searched the web till my eyes watered,
and I'm unable to locate a simple perl script which uses my hosts sendmail.

I have two scripts but they don't do all that I want.

I want an address book with it and the ability to send attachments. Thats all, nothing fancy.

This will be used by a non-profit organization so free would be nice.

Any help would be appreciated.
