    Positioning form input fields

    Does anyone have an idea on solving this please?

    http://gpsandmarineworld-com.greybea...&idproduct=312

    On this page, the input form field for order quantity wants to hang a bit below the buttons. The image below highlights the issue.

    I have assigned the following class:
    .GPSpcForms input {
    border: 1px solid #CCCCCC;
    background-color: #F7F7F7;
    font-size: 10px;
    color:#666666;
    padding: 0;
    margin:0;
    }

    Here is my code:

    <table border="0" cellpadding="4">
    <tr>
    <td colspan="2" valign="top" height="20">
    <input type="hidden" name="OptionGroupCount" value="">
    <div style="white-space: nowrap">
    <input class=GPSpcForms type="text" name="quantity" size="1" maxlength="10" value="1">
    <input type="hidden" name="idproduct" value="312">
    <input alt=Add src="images/pc/bt_addToCart.gif" type=image name="add" border="0" id="submit">
    <input name="pCSCount" type="hidden" value="0">
    <input name="pCrossSellIDs" type="hidden" value="">
    <input name="pPrdDiscounts" type="hidden" value="">
    <input name="pCSDiscounts" type="hidden" value="">
    <input name="pRequiredIDs" type="hidden" value="">
    <a href="javascript:location='Custwl.asp?OptionGroupCount=&idproduct=312';"><img src="images/pc/bt_addToWishlist.gif" alt="Save to my Wish List"></a>
    <a href="tellafriend.asp?idproduct=312"><img src="images/pc/bt_tellAFriend.gif" alt="Tell a friend"></a>
    </div>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>

    Why are you using tables, and why aren't you floating the inputs?

    Because I am working on a shopping cart application that I did not author.

    This is resolved. The solution was to allow the input field to appear inside a seperate <TD>
