Needed: A very stable, **secure** content management system

I'm in the search for a very very stable, reliable, and most importantly SECURE content management system.

I know that asking for this often entails cost, but, preferably the CMS would be free. I know of Joomla (derived from Mambo), Drupal, and Mambo and they seem to have a good track record, but is there something out there *more stable*, and *more secure*?

    Any insight is greatly appreciated!

I have done extensive research on CMS systems and have found that Drupal rises to the top. Ektron is good but it costs ~ 10K.

I'm wondering what else you have discovered as I am always looking into this. Please post any wisdonm.

Also, anything you find out about CMS and security would be good to add to the knowledge base.

Expressionengine has had a very good track record, only one PHP scripting realted issue I believe in the last few years, and that was plugged very quickly.
