    Who is using the WP All-in-One SEO Pack plugin?

    Is there a way to hide this so that no one sees it in the "view source" code?

    Code:
    <!-- all in one seo pack 1.4.5.2 [-1,-1] -->
    TYCP Magazine
    Picspaces - image hosting with unlimited bandwidth
    Hollywood Encountered - submit your celebrity encounters

    I think if you edit the all_in_one_seo_pack.php file it should take care of it. Try commenting out this block of code.
    PHP Code:
            echo "<!-- all in one seo pack $this->version ";
            if (
    $this->ob_start_detected) {
                echo
    "ob_start_detected ";
            }
            echo
    "[$this->title_start,$this->title_end,$this->orig_title] ";
            echo
    "-->\n"

    IMHO, as long as you keep up with security fix updates, not a heck of a lot.
    Search bots won't see it, and even if they did, would it matter to them?

    Nopes it does not hurt bots . Plus look on the bright side even when SP itself is outdated they still display the vb version so as long as you keep it secure version displayed should not matter.

    Even if they don't see it, they are still downloading it on every page. So by removing it, you speed up the page download a pinch and reduce your data transfer load.
