    Wordpress Blog tiny problem

    Hi All
I have a blog, and when I change the theme to one that I like, within around 24-36 hours it changes itself back to the default font. Can anyone help?

It sounds like something rather drastic is going on. Your theme should not change unless someone manually alters it.

I suggest you post a message on the official WordPress forum as you may get better help with this problem there.

Check the permissions. I have a problem with a wordpress theme because the folder did not have the right permissions.

I had the same problem. Still haven't figures out what went wrong, but did a quick fix by changing the default theme files with my theme files.

What I suspect is the problem is something goes wrong with the theme, so WP reverts back to the default while recovering form the error. My problem occurred everytime a scheduled post went online.

Ok, I've changed my theme, and I'm going to see if that one works, if not is it a simple case of uploading my selected theme files, and overwriting the default ones?

Yups, that's what worked for me. Although I wouldn't recommend it. It's a quick and dirty fix.

Perhaps it is a corrupted file?
That would also explain why it corrects itself when the file is overwritten.

I've had this issue before immediately after uploading via FTP. But never just random like is happening here. A quick rewrite always seems to do the trick though.
