    Retaining png size in background

    Hi Folks
    Ive got a 'contents' div (that surrounds all content) that has a png image positioned at bottom left.

    Ive applied

    HTML Code:
    * html #contents,
    {
        background:none;
      filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader(src='../sitefiles/sitefiles/botleft.png',sizingMethod='scale'); zoom:1.0
    }
    however in ie6, the images resizes to fill the div rather then keeping its size...how do stipluate its size in the ie fix?

    Thanks in advance

    Yes this is a problem I have had before, but wasn't able to find a fix.

    Can you possibly not use a transparent PNG, or use a dfferent method?

    Show us the page, and I might be able to tell you a different way to achieve the same effect.

    I only have Fake IE6 4 Linux now but at least in that version it seems to look the same as in FF:

    You mean those cameras/spotlights are getting bigger in native IE6??

    Positioned or tiled backgrounds are smply something you cannot do using the AlphaImageLoader for IE6 - no way around that. The only thing you can do is supply a gif image for IE6 only, and for the particular image involved, this should still look ok.
