CSS Rendering on the Page

I have somewhat of weird issue in FF with LI lists.

Basically, as the page loads, the first line item (LI) in my widgets, renders to the right of the widget tabs.

Any ideas?

Could be any one or combination of the 153 errors ...... attend to those first, then see what happens.
